Bank of India was founded on 7th September, 1906 by a group of eminent businessmen from Mumbai. The Bank was under private ownership and control till July 1969 when it was nationalised along with 13 other banks.Beginning with one office in Mumbai, with a paid-up capital of Rs.50 lakh and 50 employees, the Bank has made a rapid growth over the years and blossomed into a mighty institution with a strong national presence and sizable international operations. In business volume, the Bank occupies a premier position among the nationalised banks.
The Bank has 3101 branches in India spread over all states/ union territories including 141 specialised branches. These branches are controlled through 48 Zonal Offices . There are 29 branches/ offices (including three representative offices) abroad.The Bank came out with its maiden public issue in 1997 and follow on Qualified Institutions Placement in February 2008. . dont feel ashamed of being called bihari or up wala
When a tamilian, a marathi,a kanada,a telugu,a bengali,a punjabi etc are identified by there tone that they are from that state they dont feel shy but why do the ones from bhojpuri speaking regions feel guilty if there is a reflection of their mothertongue in their tone. feel proud of wherever u are from.

i m proud that i was born in a up and no bhojpuri and speak that with whoever knows it. i have also written everywhere where ever it was asked languages known. along with hindi and english i always write bhojpuri. india is known for it plenty of cultures, languages and religions but still we live with each other with love and say i m PROUD TO BA AN INDIAN.

entrepreneurs ki kahani
why after telling that i m entrepreneur or want to become one . we are always asked " kahin job lagi ya nahi". many know i m a mponline kisok , a reliance franchisi holder, and a holder of suvidha infoserve pvt ltd. retail point. still seen in the society as a berojgar. problem of finance and others is faced by almost all entrepreneurs but finally we are the ones who land up generating jobs for others.
feed the stomach of many directly and their families indirectly. tata, infosys in which we feel proud to join were started by people of our thinking only. JRD tata used to sell tea, infosys was started by four people four system. and many of this kind. wall mart after seeing which emerged vishal megamart, big bazaar and all was started by a sam walton with a small shop whose cleaning was done by him only. pt education started in a garage with 40 students with no fees in starting. bill gates left college to start microsoft by joining which we feel out of this world.
suvidha engineers india ltd was started by six technocrats and was the first company for mechanical and electrical this year in jabalpur. but now the HRs dont want people with entrepreneur skills. suvidha is now having ones from iits also.
on every resume the same things are there starting from the career objective. and we say i finally did it. if someone writes the reality he is seen as a animal entering a classroom. when will the psychology of the people change.
"Parivartan - the change required" a magazine is finally all ready and will be in urs hand on hands in JAN 2011. READ HOW INDIA INDIA WILL BECOME THE MOST POWERFUL COUNTRY OF THE WORLD BY 23 JUNE 2019. the sahadats of azad, bhagat, major sandeep unikrishan, rti activist amitji, ies satendra dubey, capt. deepak sharma etc will not go waste. may one more name will add in this list but the prayas will not stop. may be the cheap politics will call the latest sacrifice which will take place also as a terorist activity and u all will just sit and say i will study in america do ms from london but i m an indian.

युवा : भारत का भविष्य
युवा शक्ति और उर्जा का प्रतीक है । युवाओं में उत्साह और आशा का अनंत भंडार होता है । इन्ही सब का प्रयोग करते हुए युवा अपने भाग्य को बादल सकता है । युवा अवस्था ही अपने लक्ष्यों के साथ साथ गौरव अर्जित करने का उपयुक्त समय होता है । राष्ट्र की सबसे ज्यादा आशाएं इस युवा पीढ़ी से ही होती हैं जो क़ि हर असंभव काम को संभव करने की क्षमता रखती है । यही युवा पीढ़ी है जो हर कठिनतम काम को अपने चेहरे पर एक मुस्कान के साथ कर सकती है , निडर और सच्चे दिल से ।
कभी कभी प्रतीत होता है क़ि आज के भारत का युवा अपनी इन सब शक्तियों से अनभिज्ञ है । दुर्भाग्य से आज के युवा बड़ी ही भयंकर परिस्थियों से गुजर रहे हैं , कितने ही युवा नशीली दवाओं ,शराब आदि व्यसनों में फंसे हुए हैं । कितने ही युवा गैर कानूनी कामों में लिप्त हुए हैं , युवाओं में स्वार्थपन बढ़ता ही जा रहा है । पढ़े लिखे शिक्षित युवाओं में भी आत्महत्या के मामले बढ़ते ही जा रहे हैं । कब तक बुद्धिजीवी लोग ऐसे हादसों को देखकर निष्क्रिय बैठे रहेंगे । क्या आँखों में आंसू नहीं आते ये सब देख कर ?? शिक्षित लोग नशे के आदी हो रहे हैं , आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं तो इतनी शिक्षा का क्या फायदा ? क्या शिक्षा का उद्धेश्य पूरा नहीं हो रहा है ? क्या उनकी शिक्षा उन्हें यही सिखाती है ??
क्या ये शिक्षा उन्हें जीवन की परेशानियों से जूझना नहीं सिखा रही है ?? क्या यही वास्तविक शिक्षा है ? शायद ये सिर्फ किताबी ज्ञान हमारे युवाओं को जीवन की समस्याओं से जूझना और जीतना नहीं सिखा रहा है ।
युवाओं को बचपन से नैतिक मूल्यों की शिक्षा देनी चाहिए , उन्हें इस जीवन का महत्त्व बताना चाहिए । जीवन में बिना निराश हुए , कठिनाइयों से लड़ते हुए जीतने की शिक्षा देनी चाहिए । बिना नैतिक मूल्यों के इंसां पशु समान ही होता है । असली नैतिक मूल्यों और साहसी इंसां कभी जीवन में धोखा नहीं खा सकता ।
युवाओं को अपने मन और दिमाग को सम्पूर्ण रूप से नियंत्रण करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए । जो ये नहीं कर सकता वह शायद जीवन में कुछ भी लक्ष्य प्राप्त नहीं कर पायेगा । जैसे ही हम बुद्धि और मन को नियंत्रित करते हुए अपने विचारों को नियंत्रित करेंगे ,उसी पल से बदलाव शुरू होगा । विचार ही होते हैं जो हमारे चरित्र निर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं ।
हमें ऐसी शिक्षा प्रणाली चाहिए जो क़ि हमारी इच्छा शक्ति और चरित्र को मजबूत बनाये और आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा दे ताकि हर प्रकार की कठिनाइयों का स्वागत चेहरे पे एक मुस्कान और साहसी मन से किया जाए

youth is a symbol of strength and energy.youth is an infinite storehouse of power.using this power a young man can shape his destiny..youth is the right time to achieve big in life and earn glory for themselves.thoughts of our present youth foretells the future of India.but our young men are ignorant of their powers.
our nation places greatest hopes on these youth because if anything great and substantial has to be achieved it is this youth capable of accomplishing it.in these young men lies the capacity to perform even the most difficult tasks effortlessly with a smile on their faces.
but unfortunately our present youth are in a horrible state.they are facing many problems...many of them are addicted to drugs,alcohol..they are indulging in unlawful habits.present youth are becoming more and more selfish.suicidal tendencies among youth are increasing tremendously..even the so called educated..,brilliant students are committing suicides.can an intelligent man look on all this and remain quiet ?does it not bring tears to the eyes?if even the educated are getting addicted to drugs..,then what is the use of education..?what does that education taught them..?
the education which does not equip the individuals to overcome their problems in their lives..is that a real education?...education means not the collecting of knowledge..this bookish knowledge alone is not useful for the present youth to overcome their problems in their lives.
moral values must be taught to the students from their early childhood.they must be taught the value of life.they must be able to face any type of consequences in their lives without getting into depression.the men without moral values is the same as animal.the men of real moral courage and discrimination are never deceived by anyone..
they must be able to control their minds and senses.perfect morality is the all in all of complete control over mind..he who cannot control his own mind cannot achieve anything in their life.senses run after enjoyment which leads to diseases which cause pain.so to get rid of that we need self control.we must know the art of controlling senses.stability of the mind is very important.so everything will change the moment we change our way of thinking.thoughts play a very important role in building our character.
so we must have an education which strengthens our character and will..through which we can able to face any type of difficulties with a smile on our faces...

आपको यह जानकर कोई आश्चर्य नहीं करना चाहिए की इतिहास इस बात का गवाह रहा है की हमारे यहाँ नारियों को हमेशा से उच्च स्थान प्राप्त है. जब भी मानवता पर संकट आया, उस समय इन्ही देवियों ने मानवता की रक्षा के लिए कभी काली, कभी दुर्गा एवं वैष्णवी, रानी दुर्गावती, रानी कर्णावती, रानी लक्ष्मी बाई ने वह जोहर दिखाया, जो कहने के लिए पुरुष प्रधान समाज में असंभव जैसे था. नारियों ने जब भी अपना प्रचण्ड रूप धारण किया तो आकाश, पाताल एवं पृथ्वी कम्प्यामान हो गयी. जिस नारी को महाकवि मैथली शरण गुप्त ने कभी अबला कहा.

युगों-युगों से नारियां अपना सहयोग राजनीती, अर्थशास्त्र, युद्ध, सामाजिक न्याय एवं विकास देती आ रही हैं. स्वतंत्र भारत में नारियों का अस्तित्व एक नए रूप में विकसित हुआ है. आज कोई भी ऐसा छेत्र नहीं है जहाँ पर औरतें अपने कार्य से उनती के पथ पर अग्रसर न हों.
संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में प्रथम महिला विजय लक्ष्मी पंडित ने अपना अमूल्य सहयोग दिया. कवयत्री एवं विद्वान सरोजनी नायडू प्रथम महिला राज्यपाल बनकर देश के सबसे बड़े राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश को गौर्वंगित किया. श्रीमती इंदिरा गाँधी विश्व की द्वित्य एवं भारत की प्रथम महिला प्रधान मंत्री बनी. जिनकी अगुवाई में भारत ने पाकिस्तान को विभाजित कराकर बंगलादेश का सृजन कराया और उनकी समस्याओं को दूर किया. आपको यह जानकार घोर आश्चर्य होगा की विश्व के महासभा अमरीका के दबाव में न आकर बंगलादेश का अभ्युदय कराया.
माना की नारियां कोमल स्वाभाव वाली होती हैं. आज ऐसा कोई व्यवसाय नहीं है जहाँ नारियां अपना जौहर एवं कार्य कुशलता न सिद्ध किया हो. समाज सुधर, कृषि, कारखाना, वैज्ञानिक, रक्षा अनुसन्धान, वायु चलन, अग्नि समन (अभी हाल ही में महारष्ट्र राज्य ने क़ानूनी व्यवधान दूर करके रास्ता प्रशस्त किया), व्यापर, रेलवे, विधेश सेवा, खेल-कूद एवं शिक्षा के छेत्र में अग्रणी हैं.
हम इस बात को भूल जाते हैं की युगों से नारी शिक्षा दी जाती थी. विधोत्मा ने कशी के प्रचंड पंडित को शाश्रार्त्र में हराया था. सवाल उठता है की आखिर नारी शिक्षा पर पाबन्दी कब से लगी. देश में जब विदेशी मुगलों का आक्रमण हुआ तो उनके अत्याचारों से भैभित होकर लोगों ने बचियों को पढाना धीरे-धीरे बंद कर दिया. बालविवाह जैसी कुरीतियाँ भी उसी समय विकसित हुई जिसका महाकवि बिहारी ने इन शब्दों में व्यंग कविता द्वारा प्रकट किया.

आज देश के तिन राज्यों तमिल नाडू में सुश्री जय ललिता, उत्तर प्रदेश में सुश्री मायावती एवं बिहार में श्रीमती रावड़ी देवी तक़रीबन देश की एक चौथाई आबादी पर कमांडो एवं कण्ट्रोल एवं उनके विकाश में अपना दिन रात एक कर रही हैं.
उदहारण के तौर पर आप हैदराबाद एवं सिकंदराबाद को ही ले लें. आज आईटी के ज़माने में ५०% महिलाएं अग्रिणी हैं. आपने लाल किले से प्रधानमंत्री का स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर भाषण सुना होगा, जिसमें राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में स्वर्णपदक की प्राप्ति और भारत का नाम ऊँचा करने के लिए खिलाडियों को बधाई दी. उन्होंने विशेष तौर पर महिलायों की भूमिका की भूरी भूरी प्रशंशा की. हाकी के मैच ने तो दुनिया को चकित कर दिया जिसमें भारत प्रथम रहा. जार्ज के अयेठेलितिकैस में कांस्य प्राप्त से भारत विह्वल होकर भारत में आने से पहले है. विशेष पुरिस्कर की जय ललिता ने घोषणा कर दी. जब अंजलि वेद पाठक (तिरंगा के साथ भारत के प्रतिनिदी मंडल का सफल नेतृत्व किया और अकेले चार स्वर्ण पदक लेकर आई. इसमें हमारी ग्रामीण महिलाओं तक में उत्साह भर गया. झारखण्ड की तिन आदिवासी बालाओं ने हाकी में जो जौहर दिखाया, उससे न केवल ग्रामीण अंचल का ही बल्कि पिछड़े और ग्रामीण तबके का भी प्रतिनिधित्व किया.

आपको यह जानकर कोई आश्चर्य नहीं करना चाहिए की इतिहास इस बात का गवाह रहा है की हमारे यहाँ नारियों को हमेशा से उच्च स्थान प्राप्त है. जब भी मानवता पर संकट आया, उस समय इन्ही देवियों ने मानवता की रक्षा के लिए कभी काली, कभी दुर्गा एवं वैष्णवी, रानी दुर्गावती, रानी कर्णावती, रानी लक्ष्मी बाई ने वह जोहर दिखाया, जो कहने के लिए पुरुष प्रधान समाज में असंभव जैसे था. नारियों ने जब भी अपना प्रचण्ड रूप धारण किया तो आकाश, पाताल एवं पृथ्वी कम्प्यामान हो गयी. जिस नारी को महाकवि मैथली शरण गुप्त ने कभी अबला कहा.
मैथली शरण के शब्दों में:-

युगों-युगों से नारियां अपना सहयोग राजनीती, अर्थशास्त्र, युद्ध, सामाजिक न्याय एवं विकास देती आ रही हैं. स्वतंत्र भारत में नारियों का अस्तित्व एक नए रूप में विकसित हुआ है. आज कोई भी ऐसा छेत्र नहीं है जहाँ पर औरतें अपने कार्य से उनती के पथ पर अग्रसर न हों.
संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में प्रथम महिला विजय लक्ष्मी पंडित ने अपना अमूल्य सहयोग दिया. कवयत्री एवं विद्वान सरोजनी नायडू प्रथम महिला राज्यपाल बनकर देश के सबसे बड़े राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश को गौर्वंगित किया. श्रीमती इंदिरा गाँधी विश्व की द्वित्य एवं भारत की प्रथम महिला प्रधान मंत्री बनी. जिनकी अगुवाई में भारत ने पाकिस्तान को विभाजित कराकर बंगलादेश का सृजन कराया और उनकी समस्याओं को दूर किया. आपको यह जानकार घोर आश्चर्य होगा की विश्व के महासभा अमरीका के दबाव में न आकर बंगलादेश का अभ्युदय कराया.
माना की नारियां कोमल स्वाभाव वाली होती हैं. आज ऐसा कोई व्यवसाय नहीं है जहाँ नारियां अपना जौहर एवं कार्य कुशलता न सिद्ध किया हो. समाज सुधर, कृषि, कारखाना, वैज्ञानिक, रक्षा अनुसन्धान, वायु चलन, अग्नि समन (अभी हाल ही में महारष्ट्र राज्य ने क़ानूनी व्यवधान दूर करके रास्ता प्रशस्त किया), व्यापर, रेलवे, विधेश सेवा, खेल-कूद एवं शिक्षा के छेत्र में अग्रणी हैं.
हम इस बात को भूल जाते हैं की युगों से नारी शिक्षा दी जाती थी. विधोत्मा ने कशी के प्रचंड पंडित को शाश्रार्त्र में हराया था. सवाल उठता है की आखिर नारी शिक्षा पर पाबन्दी कब से लगी. देश में जब विदेशी मुगलों का आक्रमण हुआ तो उनके अत्याचारों से भैभित होकर लोगों ने बचियों को पढाना धीरे-धीरे बंद कर दिया. बालविवाह जैसी कुरीतियाँ भी उसी समय विकसित हुई जिसका महाकवि बिहारी ने इन शब्दों में व्यंग कविता द्वारा प्रकट किया.
राजा जय सिंह को संबोधित किया :-
नहीं पराग, नहीं मधुर मधु, नहीं विकाश येही काल
अली कलि ही सी विध्यो, आगे कौन हवाल.
जहाँगीर के समय नूरजहाँ पूरी तरह से राज-काज में शामिल थी:-
जहाँगीर की, नूरजहाँ ने, रखली शान.
आज भी चोकिला एइयर विधेश सेवा में थी. निरूपा राव जो विदेश विभाग की प्रवक्ता हैं. श्रीमती सोनिया गाँधी देश की सबसे बड़ी और पुराणी पार्टी की अध्यक्षा एवं लोक सभा में नेता विरोधी दल है. शुष्मा स्वराज के व्यतव्य से पूरा पाकिस्तान प्रब्भावित हुआ. जिनके एक -एक शब्द अपने-आप में जादू हैं, जो सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री हैं.
इस सबके बावजूद भी आज भी जितना अधिकार नारियों को मिलना चाहिए, नहीं मिलता. आज भी महिला आरक्षण विधयक मझधार में लटका है. जिसका कुछ विपक्षी पार्टियों के अह्सह्योग के कारन विधायक पारित नहीं हो पा रहा है.
आज देश के तिन राज्यों तमिल नाडू में सुश्री जय ललिता, उत्तर प्रदेश में सुश्री मायावती एवं बिहार में श्रीमती रावड़ी देवी तक़रीबन देश की एक चौथाई आबादी पर कमांडो एवं कण्ट्रोल एवं उनके विकाश में अपना दिन रात एक कर रही हैं.
उदहारण के तौर पर आप हैदराबाद एवं सिकंदराबाद को ही ले लें. आज आईटी के ज़माने में ५०% महिलाएं अग्रिणी हैं. आपने लाल किले से प्रधानमंत्री का स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर भाषण सुना होगा, जिसमें राष्ट्रमंडल खेलों में स्वर्णपदक की प्राप्ति और भारत का नाम ऊँचा करने के लिए खिलाडियों को बधाई दी. उन्होंने विशेष तौर पर महिलायों की भूमिका की भूरी भूरी प्रशंशा की. हाकी के मैच ने तो दुनिया को चकित कर दिया जिसमें भारत प्रथम रहा. जार्ज के अयेठेलितिकैस में कांस्य प्राप्त से भारत विह्वल होकर भारत में आने से पहले है. विशेष पुरिस्कर की जय ललिता ने घोषणा कर दी. जब अंजलि वेद पाठक (तिरंगा के साथ भारत के प्रतिनिदी मंडल का सफल नेतृत्व किया और अकेले चार स्वर्ण पदक लेकर आई. इसमें हमारी ग्रामीण महिलाओं तक में उत्साह भर गया. झारखण्ड की तिन आदिवासी बालाओं ने हाकी में जो जौहर दिखाया, उससे न केवल ग्रामीण अंचल का ही बल्कि पिछड़े और ग्रामीण तबके का भी प्रतिनिधित्व किया.

आज के आधुनिकता के दौड़ में जहां मानव सदैव आगे ही आगे भागता जा रहा है, उसमें हर कोई दुसरे से आगे बदने में लगा है. साथ ही साथ बदती हुई आबादी और मोटर गाड़ियाँ में इतनी भीड़ की हमेशा कोई न कोई दुर्घटना होती रहती है. इन हालातों में हमे सड़क सुरक्षा की बहुत आवश्यकता है. आने वाला समय और भी भयावह होता जायेगा.
यदि हर कोई अपने साथ-साथ दूसरों की सुरक्षा का ख्याल रखेगा, तो आये दिन होने वाली दुर्घटनाओ से काफी हद तक निजात मिल सकती है. आज बड़ते हुए संसाधनों एवं संचार माध्यम तेजी से होते हुए विकास की वजह से कोई घटना राष्ट्रीय न रहकर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय होती जा रही है. हमें इस बात पर बड़ी सावधानी से विचार करना होगा की एक या दो व्यक्ति दुर्घटना के शिकार होकर अपना ही नहीं नुकशान करते बल्कि बाकि के लिए भी समस्या उत्पन कर देते हैं. राष्ट्रीय आपदा कोष का काफी धन जो बाड, सुखा आदि में खर्च करने की जगह सड़क दुर्घटना में हुए शिकार लोगो पर खर्च हो जाता है.
जैसे स्वस्थ शारीर के लिए पौष्टिक आहार अत्यावश्यक है, वैसे ही जान, माल के हेतु सड़क सुरक्षा अत्यावश्यक एवं अनिवार्य है.
इसके निचे लिखे गए नियमों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है -
१. सड़क पर चलते समय बाएँ से चलना चाहिए.
२. सड़क पार करते समय, सफ़ेद लाइन जो पार करने के लिए लगी हो, वहीँ से पार करनी चाहिए.
३. रोड सिम्बल का ध्यान रखना चाहिए.
४. लाल बत्ती, हरी बत्ती , पिली बत्ती का ध्यान रखना चाहिए.
५. भीड़ और शहर के इलाके में गाड़ी धीरे-धीरे चलानी चाहिए.
६. गाड़ी का ब्रेक ठीक होना चाहिए.
७. गाड़ी को ओवर टैक नहीं करना चाहिए.
८. रेलवे क्रोस्सिंग पर रूककर देखें फिर रेलवे लाइन पार करें.
९. रेलवे फाटक बंद हो जाने के बाद रेलवे लाइन पार न करें.

village level entrepreneur and e-gram
now i m a V.L.E. A VLE is given 6 villages where he sets up a centre in any one village to Start with. the centre is called Citizens Service Centre (Nagrik Suvidha Kendra). it is a e-gram project. all the official documents of govt. are now available online and citizens can get them from the vle of their areas. thiS was started in gujrat in2004 with the help of google. in 2007-08 around there were 6000 csc. hence seeing its success indian govt decided to adopt it all over india. hence now it is being implemented in madhya pradesh also. in mp there are 43 districts. they have been divided into 9 divisions and for each divsion tenders were invited from companies to help the mp govt to reach every village. the companies which got the divisions are as follows:
